I like my stay at Grand Kalinga Hotel. Location was good, near the city centre and a peaceful place. Staffs were good, they helped us check in early. I would like to express my gratitude towards them.

We had a very poor experience during our stay at Hotel Grand Kalinga, Bangalore. The room was unhygienic — dirty pillows, stained bedspreads, and a faded, worn-out look overall. The western toilet had a broken seat, and we had to shift rooms because of it. The lifts were also stinking and unclean throughout our stay — it was clear they were never cleaned or maintained properly, which added to the overall unhygienic environment. The worst part was the behavior of the manager. At 11:30 AM (checkout time), he called and yelled at me over the phone, demanding that I vacate immediately. His tone was rude, aggressive, and especially inappropriate towards a female guest. It was extremely disrespectful. Our booking included breakfast from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM. We went at 9:30 AM and found everything empty. Even after multiple requests from us and other guests, the staff refused to refill anything. The manager was once again rude and dismissive when asked about it. Such behavior is unacceptable. We are paying guests, not intruders. The management seriously needs training on guest handling and basic decency. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

excellent and spacious room ,not much options for breakfast, dinner was not available at room service good location rooms and bathroom were clean ,helpful staff very good for business and budget travellers

As you said, you are feel free to reply, i would like to tell you about the breakfast. You have to improve the breakfast. Room cupboard has cockroaches. Toilet's water on the floor was not drained properly due to the glass partition. These are improvements needed. Remaining everything is good. Thank you.

I was hesitant to book it initially for my friend due to lack of information about this hotel but surprised to see when we check in. Very much impressed to see the cleanliness and quality of the rooms which are well maintained for overnight stay and with complementary breakfast before check out.

Hotel looks very nice. Modern and western bathroom. Comfortable bed and nice furniture. However the room (especially bathroom) was not really clean. They definitively need to improve this. There is a bar at the rooftop which is very nice. Breakfast was okay, but there was not much variety throughout the days. We ended up eating there on only 2 out of 4 days.
